3. Scope — What does this policy cover?
‍ This Privacy Policy only applies to our site. It does not extend to any other website that links to and from our site (whether the link is shared by us or other users). 6. How and where is the data stored?
‍ We only keep your data for as long as necessary to use it as described above in section 5, and/or as long as we have your permission to keep it. In either case, we will conduct an annual review to determine if we need to keep your data. Your data will be deleted if we no longer need it.
We are headquartered in Mexico, but, unless we expressly agree otherwise, we may host, transfer and process data, including Personal Information, in Mexico, the United States and other countries through TAO Mexico and third parties that we use to operate and administer the Service. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from those in your country of residence. TAO Mexico takes appropriate measures to ensure that such transfers comply with applicable laws.
Data security is of great importance to us and to protect your data we have implemented appropriate physical, electronic and management procedures to safeguard and protect the data collected through Our site.
