3. Scope — What does this policy cover?

We are headquartered in Mexico, but, unless we expressly agree otherwise, we may host, transfer and process data, including Personal Information, in Mexico, the United States and other countries through TAO Mexico and third parties that we use to operate and administer the Service. TAO Mexico takes appropriate measures to ensure that such transfers comply with applicable laws.
