What if you’re not Mexican? Not to worry, the process can be just as easy for people from anywhere outside of Mexico, we offer direct financing through the developer. Be careful: many developers in the area say that they provide financing during the construction phase, but in reality it’s not financing, since they don’t deliver the property until it’s been paid in full.
